Queen B’s Decree: I have been obsessed with Tessa Hale since the first book she ever released. When I saw she was getting traditionally published with Bloom, I rejoiced. I love when my favorites get spread to new readers!
Just like every other Tessa Hale book, I could not put this one down. Thankfully I was on vacay the day I read it—because I read it in an entire day. And I’m already looking forward to my reread on audio. Have you seen the cast? Looks like ultimate perfection.
I loved each and every main character. Rae, the FMC, was so relatable. She just wanted to study her plants and now she’s some magical princess with four fated mates. And most of them are grumpy. MY BREAD AND BUTTER! As always, love getting the POV of all the fated mates; it always makes me even more feral.
This was a bit of a slowburn, but the set up for the next in the series was done so well that I can’t stop thinking about it. Please sir, can I have some more?
