Queen B’s Decree: Pretty Vicious started out with a bang (almost literally) and I was hooked from page one.
Laurel is just trying to go to college and survive life when she stumbles upon something she shouldn’t, where is then forced into the world of The Order—a secret society that has infiltrated all walks of life. She must stay with Carrson has his ‘bonded,’ or else you know what.
I loved the interactions between them. Carrson is so broody and damaged, but slowly Laurel gets through his walls and when this man loves, he loves hard. Laurel is such a strong character; she’s thrown into such a dangerous world but she doesn’t let it get her down and she never gives up.
And that cliffhanger? Ouch, how you gonna do me like that? I don’t know how I’ll be able to wait until the next book releases.
