Queen B’s Decree: It’s no surprise by now that I love an obsessive MMC. And wow, Cristiano is obsessed with Mina.
I love that his devotion to her was so constant. They’d been friends when they were young and Cristiano’s love for Mina evolved over time…and yeah it was a little much but in the way I like, you dig?
Mina…is this weird mix of wanting his obsession and being frightened of it. I found it strange, she grew up in a mafia don’s household (her mother still works for them!!) and yet she has no clue what they do? Like she’s shocked when a little bit of murder happens. It just seemed incongruent how purposefully oblivious (or ignorant) she was about the world she lived in.
But I still enjoyed the addition to the series, and I’ll still be here for book four!
