Queen B’s Decree: This one was a bit of a slow start for me; but once my interest was hooked, I couldn’t put it down.
Lottie is a character that doesn’t hide who she is—she’s very in your face about her feelings and thoughts and I both admire her for it, and cringe at some of her behavior. And Guy is a man who was humiliated in public once, and had let that affect him ever since. Lottie makes Guy act more spontaneously and remember how to have fun, while Guy forces Lottie to think about the future.
Their bickering was top tier; loved their back and forth banter. And the side characters were wild but fun.
Overall, Look Before You Leap was fun and kooky and an enjoyable read.
