Thirsty by Lucy Lehane

Queen B’s Decree: I love that the paranormal world is so normalized in Thirsty. Just “ope your roommate is an ogre.” And the queer representation was the cherry on top.

All that to say, I didn’t love one of our MMCs, Charlie. He was a lying liar and I spent so much of the story just wishing he would be honest with Lorenzo. And Lorenzo, for a 200+ year old vampire, spent a ridiculous amount of time being angry about a short term relationship that ended. But he was cute and sweet and I still liked him so much more than Charlie.

The funniest part of the story was Charlie’s advice letters, those made me crack up.

Overall, Thirsty was an enjoyable listen but not without flaws.
