Queen B’s Decree: I was surprised by how much I loved this one. I put on the audiobook and somehow the day was over and I’d listened to the whole thing (shoutout to Teddy Hamilton and Christine Lakin—literally couldn’t stop listening).
It took the makings of a Hallmark Christmas movie plot, added great characterizations, emotional depth, a bit of spice, and an adorable doggy sidekick, and Holiday Ever After was the perfect holiday read.
Warning there is a third act break-up, but it was worth it to me to get the big gesture apology.
I hope we’re able to revisit Fraser Falls since I fell in love with all the side characters and I want to see them again.
