Queen B’s Decree: I had read every book in this series, but for some reason I had missed the cute little prequel, Bound to the Orc Ranger. But the whole series is being released on audio, so I started my reread (relisten??) at the very beginning.
And this one was pretty adorable. I finally was able to discover the origin of ‘pizza’ and meet a few of the characters in more depth. The narrators Sierra Kline and Sean Masters did a great job and definitely kept me interested.
This one is only a novella, so it’s a pretty quick read (listen???), and it really made me want more…which is good that there are several books for me to listen to and read again. Like I say every time, this series is so good when you’re in the mood for a lighthearted read (with some depth!).
