Queen B’s Decree: Brazen is basically the first book plot line, but told through the perspective of Aodhan; so it includes all the time before he met Sierra.
And honestly, it was refreshing. I loved that Aodhan was kind of a brat. He was grumpy, expected answers immediately, and was so into being fae that he was so judgmental of humans. It was hilarious—to see how different he was before Sierra (definitely had a personality glow up once he falls for her).
Watching him fall for her without really understanding what was happening was so delicious. It’s like watching a baby animal start to walk. Adorable and awkward at the same time.
Overall, Brazen was a fun way to revisit the series and definitely added to my enjoyment.
