Queen B’s Decree: This was a fun little monster rom com. Jen’s frat-boy-esque ex-boyfriend calls her for help…because he’s been turned into a zombie. Jen agrees to let him stay with her, but she’s still mad about their break-up, so she decides to do whatever she can to force him to want to leave, including bringing a man back for hubba hubba.
I guess Adam becoming the living dead gives him some perspective, because he’s dedicated to their relationship and therapy and basically turns into a zombie himbo (who has an appendage that falls off but is still usable and YES THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I’M TALKING ABOUT). The spice is definitely spicing here.
Basically this was an erotic and funny story that was really a great interlude in between some longer fantasy reads I’ve had. I had such a fun time and couldn’t put it down, and the wild hijinks were just enough without going too far. And yeah, the dragon did it for me.
