Queen B’s Decree: Marshall has been a background character for the last few books, and he’s always been this mysterious, grumpy kind of guy. And we finally get to see why.
His one time fling, that he never forgot (or really got over), gets kidnapped in a foreign country and Marshall never hesitates to run to her rescue. One he and Emma are reunited, it’s like they never were apart and their passion gets rekindled. Emma just has a decade long secret she needs to reveal…
A bit angsty, a bit sexy, and a bit heartwarming, Inevitable was a great addition to the Billionaire series. I loved meeting the new side characters and I can’t wait for their stories next.
