Queen B’s Decree: This was such a cute and quick read.
Miri and other girls in her remote mountain town are thrown into a new “Princess Academy,” when the priests declare the next princess would be from their state. What happens is the girls learning both education, etiquette, and how to deal with their abusive teacher.
This was a fun read. I enjoyed Miri learning and getting to know herself and what’s important. The friendship between the girls, Miri’s bond with her family, the support of all the villagers. It was just a comfy and happy read, despite some dark issues that occur.
The audio was a full cast recording and just added to the experience, I definitely recommend.
