Queen B’s Decree: There’s something about ARR books that I can’t resist. She’s got the kind of magic that hooks me.
Before You Go was one of her more lighthearted books. Francisca and Dayton have one night together that will link them together forever (talk about an oops baby). And once they realize they’re going to be parents, they act super responsibly and get to know each other and plan for parenting.
And because this is ARR, Dayton is an obsessed MMC that can’t resist Francisca. There’s some minimal conflict between them but they ✨honestly communicate✨ and there is nothing I love more. Add in some steam, good side characters, and the fact that Dayton would burn the world down for Francisca…I’m all in.
I was missing the hint of suspense and action, but regardless, this was an entertaining and fun read.
