Queen B’s Decree: I discovered that my local indie bookstore carries books written by local authors recently….and I saw Stuck with the Billionaire. It was so pink, I had to have it.
SWTB started off a little stereotypical, with the manwhore, ne’er-do-well billionaire who needs a place to lay low to avoid the media. He ends up crashing Tessa’s birthday trip, and their meet cute…isn’t quite so cute.
But both Tessa and Carter show real character development, and their relationship is actually adorable. Includes some funny banter, nice steam, and great relationship progression. While there is a bit of an insta-attraction here, I felt that their relationship was believable and realistic.
An enjoyable read from a new-to-me and local author!
