Queen B’s Decree: Severin is the Fae King that has basically under the rule of an evil being forever, and wants to start anew in little magical town, Ferndale Falls. But to be able to anchor his mansion on Earth (rather than Faerie), he needs to marry a local witch. Hannah is the mayor of her little town (that she loves!) so agrees to be his fake wife for a year in exchange for his help in revitalizing the town.
Severin is such a grump. He claims he doesn’t have feelings for Hannah, except he can’t stop his jealousy whenever any other man even looks at her. And he doesn’t want to help the town, except that he rejoices when a baker—a brownie—comes to town. He’s truly the example of a marshmallow inside with a shadow daddy exterior.
I love every book I’ve read by Krista Luna and this one is no different. Filled with the right amount of spice, funny and witty banter, and adorable side characters (a fox familiar this time!). I’ve already got my eye on future characters for this series and I can’t wait!
