Queen B’s Decree: I was hooked by the mystery of Home is Where the Bodies Are. Three estranged siblings come together after their mother dies…and they discover their parents may have been involved in a murder.
It alternated between the past with their mother’s POV and current day divided between the three siblings. Each chapter revealed a little bit more, and I was so anxious to reach the end. I needed to know what happened in the past.
I definitely didn’t suspect the ending, and I love an author that can surprise me. It was more murder mystery and less thriller (until the action at the end!) but I still was enthralled by the story. My first from Jeneva Rose but won’t be my last!
