Queen B’s Decree: Mmmm yes, was definitely obsessed with this one. We’ve got a FMC that is basically a paranormal anomaly and the MMC that has essentially been the boogey man her whole life. And whoops, they are fated mates. I LIVE for this!
Caius is out to get Reagan since she controls half of his soul—until he meets her and discovers she’s his long-awaited fated mate. Then the man is ALL IN, doing everything he can to win her trust and her love. I loved the push and pull between them; especially once Reagan realizes everything she’s been told was a lie. I love a character that can accept their past wrongs and show real remorse and apologize.
Mate Me is a fantastic mix of action, mystery, and enough emotional connection and steam to keep me hooked. I couldn’t put it down. The range of emotions I went through was wild; happiness, laughter, and even tears at times (RIP you know who you are 😭).
This was my first read from this author duo and it definitely won’t be my last.
