Val and Ray dated in college and became best friends after their break-up. After Val is cheated on, Ray invites her on a trip to Amalfi. It’s during that trip that he hopes their relationship can become more.
But why? I never understood what either saw in the other, it was pure booty call most of the time. I was missing some relationship progression and development. Also how did Ray afford first class flight tickets internationally? I know how much those cost and just wow.
A swing and a miss for me.
