The Fiancée Farce by Alexandria Bellefleur

Queen B’s Decree: Fake dating is one of the best tropes and The Fiancée Farce did it well.

Over the top, a little cheesy, a bit instalove-y; all the things I love in a fluffy RomCom. Despite the instalove-y feel, this is a bit of a slow burn, but the spice is worth the wait. The chemistry between Tansy and Gemma is fire and the sexual tension was so good.

The romance was sweet and adorable, and I loved the found family that Gemma had (and incorporated Tansy into). There’s not much better than a ride or die crew willing to commit a felony in the name of love and support.

This was my first by Alexandria Bellefleur but definitely won’t be my last.
