Queen B’s Decree: Juneau was a bit of a slow start for me. It just had a lot of tropes and plot devices, I was worried it was going to be too much for me.

It was…a lot. But the characters grew on me and eventually, I was fully invested. I was surprised by the how emotional I felt while reading this. Juneau realizing all her family was gone while she was alive in the future, was heartbreaking. Bat was my favorite of her men, but the whole pack seemed to work well as a family.
Overall, Juneau was an interesting and emotional read, with a great mix of spice and relationship development.
