Queen B’s Decree: Another read from Tessa Hale that I devoured. The Last Aether continues right after the cliffhanger ending from The Lost Elemental.
Aura continues to deepen the bonds she has with her elemental boys, even the standoffish Riven (my broken boy!). The suspense and action keeps coming, and the mysteries keep growing. I loved the character development and seeing their relationship grow.
Despite how enthralled I was with The Last Aether, I can’t help but notice the similarities to the author’s previous series. One of the harem resisting the relationship, some ultra mega villain is after the heroine, good sexy times. Regardless, The Last Aether was an enjoyable read and I can’t wait for more.
