Queen B’s Decree: Sometimes you just need a Tessa Bailey story to break your losing-read streak.
My Killer Vacation features the dirty talking that Tessa Bailey is so great at and has one of my favorite tropes: grumpy/sunshine. The sparks between Taylor and Myles are legitimately on fire. Myles is such a lovable, protective grump. He wants to simultaneously wrap Taylor in bubble wrap while also spanking and punishing her for being a bad girl.
Ohhhh yessssss.
Throw in a murder mystery, and I’m sold. Is My Killer Vacation a little campy and over-the-top ridiculous? Don’t care. Tessa Bailey always delivers and makes my heart happy.
