Queen B’s Decree: If you are looking for a slow burn with great character building, this is not the book for you. But if you want a naughty and forbidden fast paced read that delivers, you’ve got a winner.
While this is a novella and fast paced, the progression of the relationship between Violet and Heath worked well. Full of taboo, kink, and the hint of the forbidden, Bad Daddy was a hot and steamy read. The Daddy kink was definitely prevalent but it didn’t overpower the connection and emotions between the two.
The story has a satisfying ending, and it felt like Heath and Violet’s story was complete. The ending itself was a tiny bit of a cliffhanger but it is more of a hint for the final in the duet.
Now I can’t wait for the next in the duet.
