Queen B’s Decree: Avery Cockburn is no stranger to me. Play Hard is the newest release in her Glasgow Lads series. It is sort of a standalone, but only if you’ve read Playing with Fire. I’d highly suggest you start there.
Play Hard revisits Robert and Liam. It really is a wonderful story outlining what happens after you reach your happily-ever-after. A relationship (and the partners) are constantly evolving and changing and Play Hard highlights this.
This is my favorite thing about Avery Cockburn’s books. They always include something realistic and meaningful. Even a light novella has depth.
A happy (and sexy, let’s be real here) visit into the lives of one of my favorite Scottish couples.
