Queen B’s Decree: I love the duo known as Erin Watt. I’ve decided they can do no wrong (although Easton’s book came close to ruining me…dat cliffhanger). I was hesitant to start When It’s Real. Here’s why:
- YA
- pop star/musician
- pretend relationship
- weird names
- full price book
These all tend to be bad signs for me. But I ignored them and moved forward.
I am so happy I did.
Vaughn and Oakley’s relationship felt so normal…so real (you see what I did there?). I enjoyed seeing them grow both individually and toward each other. You watch them develop a slow friendship that evolves into more. It felt like a natural progression. I guess I’m having a hard time explaining what drew me in. Just give it a chance and try it yourself.
