Read. Reign. Repeat.

Fearless Heart by Brighton Walsh

Queen B’s Decree: I discovered a new and specific trope I love while reading Fearless Heart.

It’s “boy has major crush as a teen but doesn’t know how to handle it so does anything to get her attention, turning them into “enemies;” boy has meaningless flings after girl moves away but immediately stops when she moves back and he does the same stupid stuff to get her attention.”

Perfection.

Ford and Quinn had so many facets. While Fearless Heart was funny and lighthearted, it felt like a deeper story. We really got to know Ford’s and Quinn’s insecurities and get into the heart of them.

Is there anything Brighton Walsh will write that I don’t love? Magic Eight Ball says “My sources say no.”
