Luck of the Devil by Meghan March

Queen B’s Decree: After the cliffhanger ending (curse you MM!) in Deal With the Devil, I was on tenterhooks, wondering how this could be resolved

We get more background on Jericho and more from his point-of-view, making him a more likable and vulnerable character. Indy also shows some growth, developing a backbone and not so easily swayed by lust. Their relationship started to feel real, despite their beginnings.

The action and suspense were more riveting than in the prior book, and I was definitely more invested in the outcome. Can’t wait for the finale!
