Read. Reign. Repeat.

The Lost Elemental by Tessa Hale

Queen B’s Decree: I don’t know how Tessa Hale does it, but everything she has written so far has sucked me in and I can’t stop reading.

The Lost Elemental stars Aura, who discovers she’s not quite fully human after all, when her powers are unleashed at a testing center. She’s immediately transported to Kingwood Academy, where she’s thrown into the cliques of mean girls and princes from the different regions. And like any academy with societal differences, Aura deals with bullying, classism, and those that are after her power.

But immediately, it’s like her men are drawn to her—even the one that tries to resist. I loved them from the start, and I enjoyed getting to know each character a little more. Each elemental hero has a different personality and quality and they all come together to form a cohesive unit.

The cliffhanger at the end just entices me even more and I can’t wait for the next in the series.
