It had the right mix of banter, emotional growth, just enough of the forbidden trope to keep it spicy, and last but not least\u2014the best sport, hockey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jason and Scottie had so much chemistry, their spicy scenes were fire. But they didn&#8217;t just connect physically. They both worked so hard to overcome their fears, when they actually gave in and got together it was so satisfying. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There&#8217;s a bit of a second chance, a bit of the &#8220;time we wasted,&#8221; but both characters grew while apart, so I think they got together at the perfect time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only one sibling left and I can&#8217;t wait!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Book:<\/strong> Playing for the Hat Trick by Kendall Hale<br><strong>Series:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goodreads.com\/series\/413223-the-crawford-family-playbook\">The Crawford Family Playbook #5<\/a><br><strong>Genre:<\/strong> Hockey<br><strong>Plot Devices\/Tropes:<\/strong> brother&#8217;s best friend<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Queen B&#8217;s Decree: Playing for the Hat Trick might be my favorite of this series.
