Once a year all women aged 19-21 have to attend The Offering, but no one has been chosen in over 100 years. Until this year. Grace and Lizzie are both chosen&#8230;but neither knows why or what for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This all comes down to the fated mate trope, which I wholeheartedly love. Add in some ridiculously hot chemistry and intimate scenes, with some chapters from the male characters&#8217; points of view, and you&#8217;ve got an enjoyable read.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My biggest complaint is the ending felt unfinished. The end of the book felt like an end of the chapter, as if it ended mid-way through the book or story. On the plus side, that means we will be revisiting these characters with another book soon!
