The dialogue in <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3CaNCFB\">The Slam<\/a> was outstanding, and I really thought the author did a great job at conveying Adelaide&#8217;s feelings and actions as someone with Asperger&#8217;s.<\/p>\n<p>Ender was the manwhore I love. The one who falls in love and slowly changes his ways, and watching him realize what was happening was so fun. It&#8217;s kind of like Adelaide snuck up on him.<\/p>\n<p>My only criticism would be the ending, I suppose. Ender and Adelaide went from childhood friends -&gt; sexy friends -&gt; the end (on their ONE AND ONLY DATE!).\u00a0 Regardless, the abruptness of the ending was not enough to detract from my love of the story and the characters.\u00a0 Luckily for me (and you!) book two has recently released and I&#8217;m hoping that gives us a conclusion of sorts.<\/p>\n<p>Also now I kind of want to start watching tennis?<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Book:<\/strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3CaNCFB\">The Slam<\/a> by Haleigh Lovell<\/p>\n<p><strong>Series:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goodreads.com\/series\/233801-hemsworth-brothers\">The Hemsworth Brothers #1<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Genre:<\/strong> Sports\/College<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hotness:<\/strong> hot salsa<\/p>\n<p><strong>Plot Devices:<\/strong> friends to lovers<\/p>\n<p><strong>Favorite Quote:<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;I don&#8217;t do relationships.
